Mody University - Refund of advance paid for B.Tech admission

I have applied online for admission of my daughter in B.Tech in Mody University Laxmangarh Rajasthan. During the telephonic conversation, I have been told to deposit some token amount in advance to book a seat in B.Tech. I deposited *****/- Rs to Mody University a/c on ** Jun ****. Due to some personal reasons I requested to withdraw my daughter's name well in advance before actual admission and asked for a refund of my advance deposit. They have refunded me *****/- and charged *****/- for admission fees which are taken without my daughter's actual admission to the University. My hard earning money may be refunded to me after cutting minimal acceptable charges.
