Ab Properties Bangalore - Refund of advance made for Plot delayed

We planned to purchase a Plot and paid Rs: *Lac to AB Properties, we asked to share the property documents and just they delayed, then we understand the plot is not transferred to AB Properties, The properties which are selling by AB Properties will be registered from landowner with Panchayat Khata. We visited the place *nd time and understand from neighbor's there was an issue in the layout. Then we requested to refund as we not interested and due to covid lockdown we also had a fund issue. We requested to cancel the booking and refund full payment of *K as it was only *-weeks, But as agreed they suppose to refund within **days, but they delayed almost *-months to pay the amount of **% ie; **K paid and after several follow up **K with *K as cancellation charges. I suggest if any buyer should make sure they provide the clear title documents and make sure you visit * or * times with your own vehicle and enquire neighbors properly. Don't blindly believe AB Properties as most of staff are only Girls and Women's and we cannot argue with them and they never share the MD or Landlord numbers to speak on the refund which is getting delayed.
