I had paid an amount of Rs.****/- (Rupees five thousand) to JMB Motor World LLP at its Anna Nagar branch in Chennai, Tamilnadu, on **.**.**** as advance for the purchase of a java motorcycle, However, as there were many complaints regarding the vehicle, I asked the company to cancel the booking and gave a letter seeking a refund of the advance amount. I raised a complaint on the company’s website on **.**.**** seeking a refund of the advance amount. The company acknowledgement of the complaint is ************. However despite repeated calls to the Chennai Anna Nagar showroom and its manager (Showroom mobile number-***********, and Shri Ajith ***********) the company has not responded to date.
