Refund against my advance booking amount of Rs. *****/- for flat No *** Vrindavan Complex Palghar ( Krishnaraj Developer, Andheri, Mumbai) RERA No. P***********
I would like to inform you that I had cancelled my booking on dated **.**.** after booked the flat given advance payment on dated **.**.** and booking receipt dated on **.**.** within **days, But developer are not ready to refund my payment and stated that there is no refund and deduct full amount. own rules of **days cancellation policy.
please help us and arrange to refund my payment.
