I took admission in Bhawanipur Education Society for B.Com (Hons.) In **** under Calcutta University. I paid ***** for my admission fees. It was during the COVID phase and government has issued a notice that all college shall return the admission money in case of any default in admission. I sent a withdrawal notice and asked for refund. But it's * years I haven't received any amount
