Boongg Scooters Pvt Ltd - Refund of 499 Not Issued for Cancelled Scooty Booking

I booked a scooty rental with Boongg and paid ₹*** in advance for Booking ID: SHTM/****/******, scheduled for ** September **** at *:** AM from Wakad - Datta Mandir Rd, Pune. At the time of pickup, I was informed that the vehicle was unavailable due to an extension by the previous user. No alternative was provided, and I had to cancel the booking myself. I was later told that had Boongg cancelled the booking, I would have received a refund — this was not communicated to me at the time, which is misleading.
I sent a formal complaint to Boongg via email on ** September **** (support@boongg.com), but have received no response for over ** days.
Since the service was not provided, I am entitled to a full refund of ₹***. I request immediate action to initiate the refund and ensure Boongg responds to this grievance.
