Smart knower Pvt LTD - Refund of 3500 rs

On September *, ****, I applied for a internship from SmartKnower to gain activity points from my college which is necessary for my UG. Later I learnt my college doesnt recognise this organisation and will not provide me activity points for the internship there. So I decided to withdraw my name and fees from the program. I talked with the salesperson and send the organisation an email for a refund, which was declined due to the company's non refund policy, which I was unaware of nor informed about earlier.
