Www.cleartrip.com - Refund not yet received

We were seeving at South Sudan under UNO. We Booked a air ticket from JUBA (South Sudan) to New Delhi for **Nov **** through www.cleartrip.com. Later the flight was cancelled by the airline and we were asked to reschedule or cancel the flight. We opted to cancel the flight. More than reasonable time has been passed, but do not received any refund. Initially Company's support team call us back on raising the issue on their website but now no satisfactory response/ call have been received....Sir . Please look into the matter..we were * to ** personnel affected,..
