Hey, I had placed an order for **.* silver zircon finger ring ****** for ₹**** + delivery charges (COD) on **th March **** and it was delivered on **th march **** and I applied for a return on **th march **** and it was picked up on **th march****. I have reached out to them several times asking about update on my refund but I haven't got any reliable response yet and there no reply on WhatsApp , if I call the customer care they tell us to leave a voice mail so I emailed today and they registered the complaint as ticket no.****** and after a few hours I got the email saying my ticket has been resolved whereas I didn't receive any mail or anything asking for my account details to transfer the money back but I still checked my account & I didn't receive the money back.
Please look into this and help me with this
