I booked my flight ticket on *th June,**** from chennai to Pune via makemytrip.com. My flight number is G*-*** and date of travel is **/**/****. I have sent several mails from my Mail Id, no response from GO AIR yet, they said someone would call but no one did. Their customer care numbers are not getting connected, no texts from the airlines. I am very much stressed because the flight ticket cost me */* of salary. I am very much in pain and not able to get any update from this airlines,very poor customer service, this is compeletly unacceptable.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
