travolook in - Refund not yet issued

I booked my flight from HYD to BOM from travolook.in on **/**/**** vide booking reference number REF********* amounting to Rs. ****.**. Later, on the same day, I received a call from them stating that the booking has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded within * working days. However, in spite of repeated reminders to travolook.in, the same has not been refunded until date. The evidence for the same is attached herewith.
