Veer Trip Application - Refund not yet initiated by Veer Trip

I booked air ticket from Delhi to Guwahati through veer trip agency vide their order id No ******** under which Air Asia flight scheduled dated ** Jun **** but the flight has been cancelled due to situation of covid-**.
*. In this regard, i approched customer care of Air Asia airlines and they confirmed me that refund for amounting to Rs.****/- has been initiated by us, now you may approach your agent for refund.
*. I contact supporting team via chat since ** Jun **** several times but no any information received.
