I returned a jeans on Ajio app and a refund was initiated on *nd march **** it said on the app that it would take * to * days after * days it changed to * to ** days. After ** to ** days i tried calling multiple times on Ajio customer care and no one lifts the call and later I contacted through email there was response but firstly they asked me to check my account first after checking my account and vitijg the bank i dint find any record of money being transferred and then when i asked the mode of transfer they dint respond. After another email i told that i would go to consumer court then they told
Me the issue is resolved and to check my bank account but again there was no money from Ajio. After another email * days ago there has been no response from Ajio.
