Hello
We wanted the registration fees back as we do not wish our child to participate in the program as we are travelling overseas.
I sent an email with in * day after we transfered our fees.
Emails after email.
When i call they say manager will call me.
But no call at all.
Its been more than a month and i call everyday assuming my issue will be fixed.
This is highly irresponsible of Byjus team.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
