I didn't like a product and filed returned for it, they picked it up and then flagged my account, on calling them to enquire about the incident they said that my money will be refunded in *-* days. I didn't receive the movie so i called them again after a week, they said money cannot be refunded now. They didn't refund the money and took the product as well.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
