Mind & soul fitness Pvt ltd - Refund not settled

I took a ** months membership at meant soul fitness, paschim vihar branch in December ****. I used the gym services for about * months and then I was told in March **** that the gym is getting closed in * week.

I requested them to return my remaining * months of advance and they asked me to write a letter for the same and advised that the money will be refunded in * months.

Ever since, I have been following up with their team via email, WhatsApp and calls. Every time I call them, they assure me that I will receive the money next month
It has never happened till date.
