Dua ladies hostel - Refund not returned

I found this hostel in Kochi online. They made me pay an advance of ₹**** and another ₹***** when I got there. I was expected to pay another **** as part of the advance but since I wasn’t eating hostel food, they refunded me ₹**** which I put into the remaining ₹**** and paid another ₹***. I was not made to sign any terms and conditions. I was told there would be cleaning facilities. In the * days I was there, nothing of the sort happened. My door kept on locking me in. They said they would oil it and never did. I moved out * days later as I was working further away and the services listed weren’t provided. Underneath the bed I found a dead lizard. I was told I would get the refund in a week. The week is almost over and the landlord is not picking up my calls.
