I had ordered an Arctic Air cooler on **.**.****, made payment of Rs. ****. I made countless attempts to contact them via customer care phone number and email but did not recieve any intimation regarding my order from their part. Finally on **.**.**** my order was cancelled and I still haven't recieved my refund. Please help me get back my hard earned money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
