Shop101 - Refund not recieved
Garvit Maheshwari filed complaint against Shop101 on May 12, 2020
I have purchased Airtel recharge. They told coupon code not applicable to this order so I canceled it.
Rs *** is debited from the Paytm wallet instantly.
The suborder no is #**********.
The amount is deducted on *th May and I haven't received refund.
I already sent * emails and still no reply from their side.
I called at their number and I was on hold for a half-hour.
When will I receive my refund?
