Quicker - Refund not recieved

Today i have recieved a call from quicker regarding job for HDFC bank for data entry and charged me the total amount of rupees ***. As i am a job seeker and i reqlly wanted a job thats why i paid the amount they asked me to pay and i belong to middle class family now they dont seem to return my refund nor recieve my call and i want my money back and i have the payment proof please kindly help me to get out of this situation now i dont have money anymore and i dont even have a job.
Please I kindly request you to help me please.
