Zomato Lucknow - Refund not recieved

I ordered on **th jan.a sweet dish pack costing Rs***/- to be delivered at ***/* Vikas Nagar Lucknow U P ******.The delivery man rang me up and asked me to collect the Item Since I was not on the station I told him the location and requested to deliver the same but he he yold me that he is far off from the appropriate place and will return the pack to shopkeeper and I will get bact the amount but after laps of * days amount not refunded.kinly look into the matter and refund the amount.
