Handicraft villa - Refund not recieved

I have ordered * product and per product rupees is ***, i've paid *** rupees on **/**/**. But i've received only * product on **/**/**. Then i've returned the product.. But i got only *** rs. on **/**/**. If I got refund on **/**/** then how can i contact on **/**/****. I am contacting to delivery boy for this issue ... And waiting for bank payment reflection for since * days, But no refund I got.. Then i had contact to customer help center on **/**/** for complain ... He told that your problem will be resolved and you will definitely got your payment again i wait , But i dont received any payment. Then today i am contacting to help center... Then he told that when you complained after either the product recieving (**/**/**) or after the * days of product recieving, then you get payment.. Kindly resolve my problem.
Other wise I will take other action.
