Travolook in - Refund not recieved

I tried to book flight ticket from Bangalore to Udaipur and made payment via upi. But soon i gt call from travolook.in saying that my ticket has been cancelled due to fare expiration and amount will be refunded in ** working days. After multiple calls its call center executive give some reason and wait for * days everytime i call. Its been also one & a half month. Transaction was carried on *rd March ****. Please look into the matter. I have attached reference number.
