On *th June, I placed an order on their site for which I prepaid the amount i.e ₹****.**. I had an issue with it so with the help of their customer care number, I cancelled it. They said I would recieve my refund by **th June. I texted them and they’ve not been responding properly.
Till date I haven’t received my refund

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
