I tried to make a booking on irctc website on ** oct ****. The booking had failed but I haven't recieved the money on my paytm bank account.
When i contacted irctc they gave me recipt of transaction and asked me to contact paytm regarding transaction.
When I contacted paytm, they launched Pre-Arbitration and asked to me wait. Now they say "Hi Himanshu, The Yes Bank has rejected the Pre-arbitration request,which confirms that the merchant has provided you the required services as per their TnCs. We further request you to reach out to the merchant for any further queries regarding the same. Thanks!". In the meanwhile I haven't recieved my money. Please help me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
