Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I, Shruti Jain, had done a transaction on *th April **** for flight booking from Jaipur to Mumbai for **th April ****.
I'd tried to make a payment of Rs. ****/- and the amount was debited successfully but the ticket was not booked. Transaction I'd for this payment is IGAKXPWZR*
Subsequently I made another payment and it was booked but the issue is I didn't get the refund for the first payment of Rs. ****/-
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
