Club One - Refund not Recieved for a Hotel room booking which was cancel before hand

We had booked hotel rooms at Club One Virar (W) https://www.clubone.co.in/, for the date of * and **th August and ** and **th August ****, due to a sudden accident in the family, we couldnt make it to the hotel. we request to cancel the booking before hand itsself and had request to refund the amount.

The staff had mention that either take the membership of the club by paying extra money or they will try to refund the half of the amount. Since then the Staffs have not returned back with an update or the money.

We request you to kindly look into the concern as we are going through a really sad phase as our mother in law had succumbed in the accident.
