Hello,
I have booked for a Airtel broadband connection online and **th March got a call from airtel office (jenifer) asking for all necessory documents, I have sent all needed docs on what's app and opted for *months plan. Paid ****/- on **th March. **th March technician called and said my street they cant provide connection due to connectivity problem. I asked for cancellation and they said in * working days I would get my refund. It's been. **days no refund, airtel office person (Jenifer -**********) not taking my calls or replying to my texts. It seems Airtel is such a big fraud and lack of responsibility. Such cheap behaviour towards customers. One I lost money, two time and my patience, Airtelnis shame less to do suchkind of actions.
