Q NET - Refund not recevied

Hi all,
Recently I joined above mentioned Direct selling company name Q net ( QNET is registered in India and operates through its sub-franchisee, Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd. ) Distributor ID No.: IM****** Since i was not happy with the there scheme and product as per there policy i raised a request for refund and i got a confirmation for refund request Has been sent to finance team but till his date NO reply from customer care/no refund was credited. Request you to consider this complaint help me with refund which was impacted my livelihood. I attached bill and responses from support center in the form of PDF.
