मेने फ्लिपकार्ट से एक टीवी वाया आर्डर न OD***************** ऑनलाइन आर्डर किआ जो की मेने उसी दिन उसे कैंसिल भी कर दिया था और कैंसिल करने के पश्चात मुझे इसका रिफंड प्राप्त होना था परन्तु जब मेने अपनी क्रेडिट कार्ड की स्टेटमेंट को देखा तो मेने पाया की फ्लिपकार्ट द्वारा मेरे कैंसिल किये हुए टीवी का रिफंड मुझे नहीं दिया गया था। और आज तक भी उसका रिफंड मुझे मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड मई नहीं दिया गया है।
मै फ्लिपकार्ट से पिछले *-* सालो से ऑनलाइन खरीदारी कर रहा हु और ऐसा बहुत बार हुआ है जब मेने फ्लिपकार्ट से आर्डर किआ और उसको फ्लिपकार्ट के द्वारा दी गयी हुई समय के अनुसार वापिस भी किआ गया है लेकिन इस बार दशहरे के टाइम पे भी मेने बहुत सारे आर्डर करे और उसमे से कुछ मेने वापिस भी किया थे। लेकिन इस बार पता नहीं क्यों फ्लिपकार्ट के द्वारा मेरे अकाउंट को ब्लॉक कर दिया गया है और उनको कॉल करो तो कहते है हमें नहीं पता, हम आपका अकाउंट नहीं देख पा रहे है। और सही से बात भी नहीं करते है।
इस बार फ्लिपकार्ट के बारे मै बहुत से लोगो ने भी इनकी द्वारा की गयी गलतियों के बारे मै ऑनलाइन रिव्यु दिया है।
मुझे लगता है इनको मेरे **** का रिफंड नहीं देना था इसलिए इन्होने मेरे अकाउंट को ब्लॉक कर दिया है और मेरे रिफंड को ये देना नहीं चाहते है।
मेने इनकी शिकायत कंस्यूमर ग्रीवेंस मै भी की पर इनके द्वारा वह पर भी मुझे मेरे रिफंड के बारे मै नहीं बताया और मेरी शिकायत से अलग उत्तर दे रहे थे।
