I ordered ** items, but received someone else's order.. I returned that item back to H&M, and they have still not initiated my refund. I'm constantly following up with them, firstly they disconnect my call , and on chat, they say, refund will be initiated within next **-** hrs. Its almost a month now, and am still awaiting my refund. Please help. My order ID: ***********
