Waldent Innovations Private Limited - Refund not Received

I had placed an order on Waldent website on the **th of August ****. Items were: Autoclavable/Washable Surgical Gowns-*
Waldent DG** Endodontic Explorer-*. I paid an amount of **** for the order but due to technical issues, no order id got generated. After contacting the customer care incessantly, they tried sending me again but I still did not receive any updates. After numerous messages to them, they respond saying the items are not in stock. I ask for a refund and an acknowledgement mail for the refund initiated. I have not received any refund, updates or any email. They do not respond to my messages also anymore. Its been ** days since I placed my order.
