I placed an order for medicine order no MNP ****** on **rd July with Mednear Pharma for an amount of Rs.****/-. The order was cancelled as the company said the medicine is out of stock.
They are yet to refund the amount and when I contacted them they claim that they have refunded the amount as on **th August via bank payment.However till **th August I am yet to receive the refund and they are asking me to raise a complaint.
I am not convinced with the response from the company and request for immediate refund
