cleartrip and spice jet - refund not received

i had booked flight ticket with spice jet from Mumbai to Rajkot travel date **th April **** the PNR number of spice jet is PG***X and clear trip id is ************ the said flight was booked through clear trip web site payment was done from my account . the flight got cancelled because of pandemic when contacted with spice jet for refund first no answers were given after repeated follow up they confirmed that the transferred the full ticket amount ***** to one travel boutique company and asked me to contact with travel boutique company for refund and shared me the link to contact travel boutique when i contacted travel boutique they replied to contact clear trip for refund clear trip asked me the booking detail and informed me that they will be perusing the refund with the air line and after receipt the refund from airline they will refund me the amount there after emailed clear trip and informed that the air line have sent me mail that they have already refunded the ticket amount on ** th june but there after clear trip is not responding to my emails nor till date have refunded my amount
