shop 101 - Refund not received
Mahamadgous Ladkhanavar filed complaint against shop 101 on May 15, 2020
I have purchased Airtel recharge. They told coupon code not applicable to this order so I canceled it.
Rs *** is debited from the Phonepe.
The order no is #**********.
The amount is deducted on *th May.
Today, on **th May, I received a refund of only Rs *.** and I haven't received the remaining money.
Already sent * emails and still no reply from their side.
I called at their number and I was on hold for a half-hour.
When will I receive my refund?
