Goibibo and Vistara Airlines - Refund not received

Hishaam filed complaint against Goibibo and Vistara Airlines on Apr 20, 2020

I had booked * tickets of VISTARA from Kolkata to Srinagar worth ₹***** on GOIBIBO.
On ** March **** AIR VISTARA cancelled by flight from Kolkata to Srinagar. They provided me an alternative flight from Kolkata to Delhi and offered me a full refund from DELHI TO SRINAGAR WORTH ₹*****.

Customer care of Air Vistara told me that Goibibo has to coordinate with them so that they can initiate the refund.
Goibibo is delaying it. It has been a month now and I have not received any refund yet.
