GrabonRent - Refund not received

I returned my GrabonRent Order by the due date and the items were in a perfectly good condition, the person who collected the item mentioned on his paper that the items are in good condition and complete refund will be initiated in *-* days, and I was promised that the entire security deposit will be refunded back (According to the email receipt received). But I was given only Rs. ***, and since then, its been over ** days, I am trying to reach GrabonRent daily. and they have always ignored my problem.
