Idea Cellular Limited - Refund not received

Hi,
From laste ** days I am contacting idea customer care officals. I was trying to recharge from idea app but it was not getting done. So I contacted idea customer representative multiple times, they have given me useless answers like reinstall your app, just wait for some time,bla bla bla. After a lot of patience when I recharged from idea app, the pop screen came like your recharge is done but actually the recharge is not been successfully done and my money got deducted.
And after that when I contacted your representative they were saying you have to wait for * days and also after * days patience I didn't receive my money. And now after ** days also they are telling to wait for one more week What the hell are they doing, I think they are intentionally not solving my issues rather I can say they are purposely doing it. The government service is far better than idea service. I am just getting frustrated by their third class service, it got beyond the limit of patience. Next time I am gonna make sure that I will definitely port my number to other company since idea app is super fast and I don't need this service at all.
