Bajaj Allianz General Insurance (travel insurance) - Refund not received

I had purchased Travel Insurance Policy( OG-**-****-****-******** ) for Germany FROM Mr.Siddeshwar Jadhav.
on ** Th July. Due to some technical reasons my travel to Germany was cancelled and I called Mr. Jadhav about it on ** July and as he said sent a mail to cancel the policy. He said I will get refund in * working days. When I called after ** days He was not picking up the phone. He called many times in day till I purchased a policy. After that he just vanished. When I called the customer service , I was told that ,because I had not given the reason for cancellation the policy is not cancelled. I told them that I was not told about it she said that Sales people are not aware of the procedure.What is this???? That means Sales people are trained to call customer *** times only to collect premium and once you get the premium JUST DUMP THE CUSTOMER. What a worst service.!!!!!!
