Pro Healthywayz International - Refund not received

I have been made to invest in Pro Healthywayz International investment by giving incomplete knowledge of this company and its investment. I have been misled by executives. They convey them from me in the wrong way. During our meeting, they had told wrong information about products. They told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner. Our company will give some complimentary product to you. I didn't get anything about my up line. So its medical emergency. So give me the status of my refund process. Current situation its medical emergency. I don't want the product which they have purchased and want to cancel the order of the same. I am letting you know this now because it's not yet finished one month.
