www.retailoid.com - Refund not received

I have ordered * no. “Rock Dr V Smart View Flip Case Cover For iPhone * *.*" – Black”back”on online shopping portal http://www.retailoid.com on **.**.**** vide their Order #*********. The payment for Rs. ***/- was made online on **.**.**** by Paytm through CCAvenue vide Reference # ************.

But till date I have not received the item.

I have tried to talk to them over phone but all the phone nos. mentioned in their website (*** *** *****/*** **** ****) are wrong nos.

I have mailed my concern to info@retailoid.com and majid@retailod.com but with no reply.

Finally I contacted on their facebook profile messenger https://www.facebook.com/Retailoid/ on **.**.**** and recorded my grievance to which they confirmed that they would refund the payment by **.**.****.

But till date they have not refunded the payment and even they have stopped responding.

In such a case I understood that they are a fraudulent website and duping people of their monies for products which they never deliver.

I submit my grievance and pray for kind intervention for refund of the payment.
