Bombay Trooper I have been following up these guys for a simple refund for the product returned three weeks back but have failed to get any response. Tried reaching them on the phone, WhatsApp, facebook, twitter but no response. When I go through their Facebook ads, I can see similar comments where people have claimed of refunds not getting processed even after returning the product. My Order ID is *****. I am attaching WhatsApp chat screenshot for reference. Can provide all evidence if required.
