I had two items to return. I received an pickup code from valmo. On being asked the rider whether he has two pickups or one he replied that he has to pickup * product under one pickup code. I handed over both the products to him. He updated pickup of only one product and i got the refund of the same.i called him again to ask to update both the pickups to which he replied i will do it and inform you. The next day i got a call from shadowfax regarding pickup. I called the valmo rider but he dint picked up my calls for * times and *th time he said i am on medical leave and i have updated all my alloted pickups and nothing is pending. I said i dint get a refund to which he replied thats not my problem. I went to the valmo’s registered office in rourkela and they completely shifted the entire blame on me and saying that they cant do anything in this regard. The rider name is mohommad fayaz ( number **********) .
