I order * t-shirts from site bootees.in on ** December ****. It has been * months and I have not received the product. I called customer care and asked for a refund. They said I have to cancel the order. Then I cancelled my order through mail and they said refund will be provided in * to ** working days. Now it has been ** days and I have not got any refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
