I had placed an order worth ₹***, but cancelled it before it was packed. The app shows that the refund has been initiated, but I haven’t received the amount yet. It’s been around ** days since the cancellation.
I had also chatted with thecustomer service team regarding this, but the issue remains unresolved. I’ve attached the relevant screenshots for reference.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
