An order for delivery of Bluestar Portable Air Conditioner was order vide invoice - ********** dt. **th May, ****. A request for cancellation was emailed on the same day and confirmation for the same has been received vide email dt. **th May, ****. I have informed the non -receipt of refund later.
I have informed of an potential intimation of legal notice. Neither do they lift the phone for addressing this grievance from registered number - ********** in the website. All the documentary evidence including call records and email exchanges enclosed for your kind perusal.
