Reliaable developers - Refund not received

End of Last year in the month of December **** on **th I had provide a token advance amount of ***** for plot with reliable developers for their project Aqua Down Town near HSR layout. Based on the discussion that I had with the Marketing person when I signed up with them he mentioned that if I am not interested I can go for cancellation and the amount will be refunded. Following which I went for cancellation as I was not able to secure enough funds to buy the plot no **. After several enquiries over calls and emails that I have made and which went unanswered, one fine day the reliable team had mentioned that I will receive my token advance that I have paid within ** working days . And as of today it has crossed more then ** working days. Even over call the CRM team had mentioned that I will receive my refund in April first week of ****, But I am trying to reach them through email and through phone calls but nobody is picking my call even from CRM team. I strongly feel that they have looted my money of ***** INR and now they are neither responding to any of my emails or they are neither attending my calls. I have been trying to call them several times in a day but no answer I receive from them. They have scammed me by giving false promises. Please don't become a prey for reliable developers. They have looted my money and now no answers.
