Instamojo Technologies Private Limited - Refund not received

On November **, ****, I purchased a digital product through INSTAMOJO. My account got debited for the amount of Rs.**** but merchant havent received the money yet.

I contacted instamojo and they said there was a problem in the payment gateway and they intiated auto refund on December *, **** and asked to wait for ** days to get my refund but no money was refunded.

Instamojo was not helpful thereafter, asking to contact my bank for chargeback request and I did it. Later, my bank checked and said that Instamojo had rejected the reversal of funds and asked me to contact them again.

Since then, I'm contacting Instamojo support almost daily but no proper response. Their support is sending only scripted messages. It is been more than *.* months, Im waiting for the refund but nothing showed till date.
