Reliance Smart Bazaar - Refund not received

On March **th, ****, I did a shopping of INR **** in Reliance Smart Bazaar of Vaishali's Mahagun Metro Mall. During payment process, a server issue happened at Reliance Smart Bazaar. I had made a payment of INR **** through UPI but due to this server issue, this payment couldn't be confirmed by Reliance Smart Bazaar. Unfortunately, to get my bill and exit, I had to do payment in cash also. Thus, I had to pay twice - * through online means and * through cash. I lodged a complaint at customer care to refund the payment I had made through UPI. Customer care assured me that the refund would be credited within * working days but it's been more than a month and I've yet not received my refund. This has lead to unwanted frustration and mental harassment. This all happened due to server issue at Reliance Smart Bazaar. We had to wait for long hours during billing process which in itself caused great inconvenience besides double payment. It is requested to look into this matter. I've waited a lot before raising this complaint online.
