Hi there,
I did a booking of GSRTC bus on **th june from Somnath to Ahmedabad , which was of Journey Date on **th June, but the bus got cancelled, when I got to the bus station at Somnath.
Kindly, guide me through the refund process and please initiate the refund for the same.The bus got cancelled so, please initiate the full refund for my transaction.
I paid **** for the bus fare , please initiate my refund as soon as possible. The bus got cancelled due to weather conditions.Please refund my money, it is been ** days now, please help me.
